This will be an intuitive journey and I will write a little about my own experience and try to provide help and advice for those also going through the twin flame experience.

Anyone who believes they have found their twin will already know it isn’t usually the easiest path. I will not dwell on negativity with this blog, as negativity and negative energy are the biggest factors in keeping twins from uniting.

The twin flame journey was never meant to be easy, it is however worth it. The love and union experienced with Twin flames is like nothing else and once experienced ‘normal reality’ cannot be returned to. You are forever changed for better or worse. I say it that way, as there have been many times on my own journey where it was so hard I would have preferred to have never met him, to return to my existence without knowing this reality I now live in. Ignorance is bliss you see. But once you unite, and get past the drama, the turmoil, and possibly the pain. It is a thing of beauty to behold. Pure Love. Pure unconditional love. And that is the word, Unconditional.

Most loves you see, are not unconditional. It’s a matter of ‘I will love you as long as you don’t … cheat on me, as long as you clean the house, as long as you buy me gifts..’ etc etc the list goes on. But to get to that place of unconditional love, is to go against everything you know, to go against everything everyone else believes about love. That is what makes the journey hard. In essence it is very simple. It is just love with an open heart. Give your love without fear, knowing and trusting that they love you in return.

Many twins however will have had an experience in this life and also past lives, which makes having that open heart incredibly difficult. No to mention the other factors that can stand in your way, a big age gap, the person being in another relationship, family not approving. Again the list goes on.

These obstacles have been placed in your way to overcome. It is all a journey. A journey that begins with self love. No matter how much you love and adore your twin, before unification can begin you need to start with loving yourself, exactly as you are. You are perfect, whole and complete. Only then can you accept another for exactly who they are, a perfectly, imperfect person, with human faults, who you are already married to on the spiritual soul plane.

Twin flame love is here to change humanity. The two of you uniting will bring more love, peace and harmony to the world. That is why your job is to transcend all of that negativity. To transmute it all to light.

Before I read Cassidy’s blog (twinflames1111) I knew I had found my Twin, but I didn’t realise how important energy was. I am an energy (reiki) healer myself, but I didn’t realise the importance of clearing both of our energies daily.

The first year of our relationship was a never ending cycle of running, uniting, running, uniting. Once I started clearing our energy, things started to flow much more smoothly. However, things will get shaken up, just by clearing the energy doesn’t mean you magically come together, but, it makes the whole process smoother, and we no longer run. I have been putting in the daily work ever since, it is a commitment, and the other thing I have also learned is as much as you would like to, you cannot rush divine timing. And if you try to, you may not like the results. Trust is the biggest part of the journey. Trusting that it is all for both of your highest good as souls and trusting that, if you put in the work, you will come together.
